This weekend is all about the food at the Golden Lion. Okay, we admit the beach is nice, the music is good, and the drinks are tasty. But....we have some delicious specials from the kitchen this weekend that you must try! Fresh Black Grouper or Salmon Cakes OR a 16oz char-grilled New York Strip, all with fresh asparagus and red bliss smashed potatoes.

Really want something new? Try our caught fresh whole shrimp appetizer! You can order as many as you want for $1.50 each, they are large and yummy!

Saturday September 18 starting at 5pm. This is fund-raising and auction event, happily sponsored by the Golden Lion Cafe. Music by Joe Atti & others. Silent Auction 5pm-7pm. Beach Volleyball at the Golden Lion Beach
Beginning on Saturday August 28th on the Golden Lion Beach between North 5th. and North 6th street, Flagler Beach, there will be beach Volleyball competitions every weekend.
This series of friendly & fun olleyball events for all ages will take place every Saturday and Sunday from 10.00am to 6.00pm.We are pleased to offer your team....

• A well maintained, organized, clean beach on which to play every weekend.






• A relaxed beach side atmosphere suitable for all players.






• A properly laid out court with the use of free volleyballs.






• A table with free soft drinks,coolers of ice, & the use of the Golden Lion's facilities.






• A FREE order of jumbo chicken wings AND a 10% food discount if your 5 person team comes to the Golden Lion Cafe either before or after their game.
