Is that fall in the air?

According to Danny Trainor, Friday will be the last day of 90 degree weather in our part of Florida.   Cooler, but still sunny, days are upon us.   Personally, we LOVE this time of year.  Just makes it all that more comfortable on the deck and at the Tiki Bar.  

We have updated our menu!   New items include: Steamed Mussels Appetizer, Smoked Fish & Shrimp Dip, The Golden Lion Really BIG Burger, Pulled Pork Sandwich, BLT & Basil Sandwich, Chicken Philly, Mahi Mahi Platter, Shepherd's Pie, Salmon Cakes, and more.  Check out the updated menu here.

A fun weekend on tap!

  Starting tonight with live music by Chubby McG and the Flagler Beach Yacht Club we have a full weekend that ends up on Monday with Talk Like A Pirate Day!  We host the Phun Coast Parrothead Club on Saturday afternoon, Cris Tuttle Band on Saturday night,  and our popular Reggae Sunday with Zebbhi Niyah!  It's is a little cooler at the beach (in a good way) and it's a great time to visit.   See you soon!

Full Moon Weekend!

Last weekend was a wild one!
Weddings, birthdays, and the Governor stopped in.  That's right, Florida Governor Rick Scott stopped in for a visit with Senator John Thrasher.  They were in the area for some meetings and heard the Lion was the place to be!    Both of them even took our stage with Kevin Quinn!
